Konkurs „KLAPS” jest skierowany do młodych, kreatywnych ludzi, którzy interesują się produkcja filmową i lubią bawić się filmem. Celem konkursu jest rozpowszechnienie sztuki kina wśród młodzieży, odkrywanie nowych talentów, ukazywanie różnych rodzajów filmów. Organizatorem konkursu jest VI Liceum Ogólnokształcące w Bydgoszczy.
